Lifting Tool Test Equipment

Use for simulate lifting and performance testing of lift pile to ensure the safety of lifting tool. The device is the first time development in domestic, the development according to capability and size of lifting tool. The device including loading parts, bearing components and test pile. Through the hydraulic system driving four loading cylinder to exert force to bearing parts, loading cylinder operate at the side of bearing components. When horizontal test, the loading parts can move at bearing part’s bracket; when vertical test, the bearing parts rotate 90°.

Vertical pull: 500t
Lifting tool specification: maximum of 48 inch
